BOOKING POLICY
Totally Sheer Hair In-House Client Booking Policy
Effective Date: 01/06/2025
At Totally Sheer Hair, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all of our clients. In order to maintain a smooth and efficient scheduling process, we have outlined the following booking policies. Please read carefully to ensure a seamless experience.

1. Booking Your Appointment

Booking Process: All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, booking system, or by contacting our team directly. Walk-ins are not accepted.

Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of service is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards your service on the day of your appointment.

Appointment Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or text message once your appointment is successfully booked. Please review your appointment details and ensure accuracy.

2. Appointment Timing & Late Policy

Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this time, your appointment may be rescheduled or canceled at the discretion of the stylist, and a late fee may apply.

Late Fee: A late fee of $50 will be added if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. If you are unable to arrive on time, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

No Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, you will forfeit your deposit, and you will be required to pay for the full service if you wish to reschedule.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations within less than 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment, provided the cancellation is made within the required notice period.

4. Client Responsibilities

Hair Product Policy: We kindly ask that you use Totally Sheer Hair products for your services (including extensions and hair care products). If you do not have products from Totally Sheer Hair, we will assist you in selecting the appropriate products for your appointment.

Extension Policy: We only use Totally Sheer Hair extensions. If you have purchased extensions elsewhere, we cannot accept them for use in your appointment. Please contact us for more information on purchasing extensions.

Consultation: A consultation is suggested before any service involving hair extensions or major changes to your current style. Consultations ensure we understand your goals and provide the best options for your hair type.

5. Service Adjustments

Additional Services: Any additional services or changes to your appointment requested on the day of your appointment may result in additional charges. Please discuss any adjustments with your stylist before your service begins.

Product Recommendations: Our stylists may recommend products that suit your needs. If you choose to purchase any products, payment will be collected at the time of service.
6. Payment & Billing

Payment Methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash payments. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

Gratuity: Gratuity is appreciated but not required. If you wish to leave a tip, it can be added to your final bill.
7. Special Requests & Requirements

Bridal & Special Events: For bridal services or group bookings, please contact us in advance to discuss details and secure your booking. A $350 deposit is required for event bookings, and special terms may apply.

Health Considerations: If you have any allergies, health concerns, or special requirements, please inform us at the time of booking so we can ensure your comfort and safety during your service.

8. COVID-19 Guidelines (if applicable)

Health & Safety: To ensure the health and safety of our clients and staff, we adhere to all local health guidelines. Please arrive wearing a mask if required, and inform us in advance if you have symptoms or have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19.

9. No Refunds

Service Satisfaction: We are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your service. If for any reason you are not happy, please notify us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue. However, we do not offer refunds on services rendered or products purchased.
